For the most part, Iraqi war veteran Sgt. Beaumont "Bo" Willis is mired in a nightmare of mental illness and relives the horrific moments of his time on the battlefield. Willis was injured by a bomb and his bouts of lucidity are diminishing. His daughter Alisha is a 12-year-old street kid and he calls her princess - if he remembers who she is. Alisha's mother is long gone, a victim of her own drug-induced nightmares. Father and daughter survive on the streets of Los Angeles.
