Russian terrorists hijack an American plane. They plan to crash it into a nuclear power plant near Washington, DC, causing a fallout that will devastate the eastern seacoast. With little time for the Air Force to shoot the plane down, the passengers and crew aboard the plane must rely on their own military and civilian training to stop the terrorists.
