13 plot

A small twinkling dot slides slowly across the black screen. And then the next, and a third. Filmmaker Shinya Isobe left his camera in the exact same spot for five years, shooting a frame of the sunset every thirteen seconds. In a series of merged timelapses, we see the sun slide calmly from left to right. Countless times. First in a neat line, while it is very quiet. Later on, patterns appear, supported by a minimalistic soundtrack.
