A completely idiotic continuation of mediocre source material, director Paul Tanter wrongly assumes his cold universe actually justified a 103-minute sequel. Simon Phillips plays an entertaining serial killer, but it's also the only highlight of this abysmal film. Sayla de Goede's acting is so bad it starts to take on a surprising form, and the murders are significantly scaled back compared to the previous film. Then, misplaced drama is added to the mix, making it all run much longer than necessary. The end result can be described as misplaced, utterly dull, and downright amateurish.
