Debt mediator Billy Kuckuck has to intervene in the finances of Karl Löwe, who is said to have bought a scooter on the internet and then not paid for it, but claims that he did not order the thing at all and certainly did not receive it. Billy doesn't want to stick her nose into her client's business until her mom gets involved. Karl turns out to be her long-gone childhood sweetheart.
