A bizarre, but at the same time absurd film about a novice director whose script still needs some work. Rather clichédly, you get an insecure submissive person who is not very strong in his shoes. Saying "no" is not in the dictionary and that obviously doesn't help. It sometimes leads to nice, funny or embarrassing situations.
What an opponent that Riaboukine is, brutal and rustic at the same time. A bit simple there with Jonas' wife, but come on. The ending was successful when it turned out that it was a psychopathic serial killer.
