Schoon Donker plot

Filmmaker Katrien Feyaerts returns to Arendonk. Somewhere on the flat Flemish countryside, Karel takes care of and trains his pigeons. His perfectly symmetrical and austere house shows no sign of his numerous victories. Despite all the memories Katrien cherishes in this village, she left one day, just like Karel's pigeons. Unlike most of them, she has not returned. Now she comes back during the making of this film, for a pigeon season. In the film she follows Karel and speaks with her father.
