"Not A Fairy Tale"

On a rainy day, Arnab and his parents are on their way by car. They accidentally run into an old woman, who dies on the spot. Arnab and the police go to the woman's house and find her daughter chained up. The girl is behaving strangely and has no contact with the outside world.
