Weak horror movie. The story still goes awry. The effect is also weak. There is still some build up but then it stops. Until the last fifteen minutes it is pure sitting out for horror fans because until then watching screaming teenagers who act badly including a story full of plot holes and illogic. The last quarter of an hour is reserved for the horror, but that is also quite disappointing. In fact it is a big monotonous slasher scene, but because of the stupid execution it is more 'laughter' than scary. Sad work, but fortunately with a very short playing time. 1.5

.

Water parks and horror, an ideal combination for Shadowed. Aquaslash had been on the list for quite some time, but I knew in advance that the movie wasn't going to be great. However, I also did not expect that I would find it a very nice slasher, even though horror is not even the main focus of the film.

Indeed, Aquaslash takes a very long time to work its way into horror, which makes it difficult for me to classify it as a horror movie. Most of the film consists of teen drama with a light touch of romance. In principle, this is not a horror film, especially a drama film with a rather gory finale that has a cherry-on-the-cake effect.

The acting isn't great, but it's not terrible either. None of the characters are really well developed, but they are not annoying either. We've seen them better, we've seen them worse. I have little to criticize, but they are certainly not smart. This proves itself especially during the finale in which any form of logic is thrown overboard.

I got through it very smoothly as a whole, since the film also only has a running time of 71 minutes. It quickly becomes an ideal and quick snack. I can therefore not support the criticism that it takes too long for the horror to start. It's a short film, I really don't care. Moreover, the final has lots of blood to make up for this.

If you watch the movie for logic you will be disappointed. Logic does not know the film. The finale does plenty of things that are absolutely impossible, but I really appreciated the heavy-handed horror. Of course I understand why people drop out here and criticize the film as a whole, but I'm just going to call this my guilty pleasure. Water slides and gore, sign me up!

Watched today, a bit strange film, it only lasts 70 minutes and from the 60 minutes we only see the denouement and the gore / suspense, before that almost nothing happens, except for some sex (unfortunately no nudity), drugs, nonsense and relationship problems .

The story seemed really nice to me in a swimming pool places all kinds of traps, but unfortunately too little was done with it!

Could have been a good suspenseful original movie if they did this throughout the entire movie (from bad to worse) for example with some maniac who hates drunken youths or something, but only the last 10 minutes did you see the 'denouement' ' and everything came out, but then the movie was already over.

Too bad, that's why I can't get any further than 2 stars for the last bit.
