Midnight Traveler plot
Hassan Fazili and Fatima Hossani from Tajikistan unsuccessfully tried for over a year to get political asylum somewhere for themselves and their two daughters. Now they are being sent back to their native Afghanistan, where a bounty has been placed on Hassan's head for portraying a renegade Taliban commander in a television documentary. The family has little choice but to make the dangerous attempt to reach Europe illegally. They record this journey with their mobile phones.
