The Waldo Moment plot

Jamie Slater is a failed comedian who does the voice and movements of a blue animated bear named Waldo. As Waldo, he interviews politicians and celebrities who assume that the interview is for a children's program, when in reality it is gross humor for adults. Since Waldo is very popular the producers want a sequel, Salter has his doubts. When a politician resigns over a sex scandal, by-elections are held in the town of Stentonford. Waldo's producer, Jack Napier, proposes that Waldo run for that election.
