Verward plot

Will is one of the thousands of confused people in the Netherlands that the police have to deal with every day. Recent figures point to 90,000 reports of confused people entering the police force. This is double from eight years ago. The government and the immediate environment are unable to help these people. Will doesn't think he's confused. He just wants to prove that he is a victim of stalking. In this documentary we see the world through his eyes.
