Snelweg NL plot

The highway in the Netherlands has a total length of almost 2500 kilometers. There is hardly any other country with such enormous highway density. In this documentary, the monumentality, but also the apparent everydayness of our highway is portrayed. In fact, the highway is a poorly known arena for a wide variety of activities. What kind of society is that today that has this almost perfect infrastructure? What does this monumental network say about us?
