Anak Araw plot

An albino searches for his identity around Taal Lake in the province of Batangas on the Philippine island of Luzon. Believing that he is the son of an American, he tries to learn English by reading translations and definitions from a Tagalog-English dictionary. He lives in the middle of an area facing an exodus from shark apparitions and unexplained explosions and deaths.
