"Truth changes everything"
Three men, all with something to hide, share a compartment on a night train north. Dominick is an undocumented African immigrant, Jere is a criminal and Aleksi is a psychiatric patient who has run away. As Jere and Dominick try to get to their destination in silence, Aleksi begins to cause a commotion. A violent confrontation ensues, which leads to his death. Jere and Dominick make the difficult decision to dump the body and pretend nothing happened. In the north of Finland their ways part. But due to circumstances, both men come into contact with Aleksi's ex-wife, the beautiful Vera, and her small daughter. Slowly they begin to struggle with their secret.
