Sharkwater Extinction

Practice as a sharklover, this one will come in. A very good, but also painful documentary about how humanity is slowly destroying our ecosystem. At the risk of his own life and that of his crew, filmmaker Rob Stewart visits shark fin sellers or shark hunters around the world. Not just sharks, but plenty of other beautiful fish are facing extinction and for what? So we can eat them?

The crew also visited MarkTheShark, a fisherman from Florida I believe. I just checked his insta and that guy still kills sharks every week.

Extra painful is that the hero of this documentary Rob Stewart died during the recordings during a diving session in Florida. I really hope this documentary has been able to open many eyes.

RIP Rob Stewart.
