"The past is present."
Documentary about the town of Bisbee, which is located a short distance from the Mexican border. Many artists and sculptors live in the town, who have residences in the neighboring mountains. In 1917, more than 1,200 immigrants - working in the mines - were brutally taken to the desert by the local sheriff and left for dead. Filmmaker James West and some residents of Bisbee look back on that time.
