Retrospekt plot

Mette is a woman who resides in a rehabilitation center and is in the concluding phase. Although she is partially paralyzed and partially lost her ability to speak, her sharp mind is unblemished. One day, Rineke comes along and tries her best to convince Mette to testify against the man who caused her accident. Instead of Mette recovering, the opposite seems to be the case; her humor disappears, her wounds become fresher, she excludes her family and experiences her current situation as unknown. Incomprehension, disorientation and fear increase. Time seems to be ticking backwards. In an unreal intoxication of medication and pain, Mette is only now starting her rehabilitation.
