The Lonely Battle of Thomas Reid plot

Irish farmer Thomas Reid has been fighting an exhausting battle against his neighbor, the American chip manufacturer Intel for years. The multi-billion dollar company wants to expand and is targeting Reid's land. The Irish authorities believe it is good for employment in the region, who are trying to force Reid to sell in every possible way. But the eccentric, stubborn farmer has no intention of leaving the 300-year-old family home where he lives alone, surrounded by cows and chickens.
