Shu Jian En Chou Lu plot
The Emperor of Qianlong is not the rightful heir to the throne as he was swapped with the daughter of the Emperor of Yongzheng during his birth. He learns the truth when two members of the Red Flower Society, a secretive anti-government organization, contact him years later in the hope that he can help them drive out the Manchus people. However, the emperor orders that both men be killed because he wants to ensure his succession, but one of them manages to escape. However, he is captured again, but by then the leader of the Red Flower Society has hatched a plan to get the captive comrade released.
