The Prison plot
"Rule The Outside From Within."
A former police officer and now convict joins a secret crime syndicate in prison. At night, the inmates leave the jail to commit perfect crimes. The detainee Ik-ho feels like a king in the cell and has absolute power in his hands. Yoo-gun is a rookie who was convicted of, among other things, hit and run. A famous ex-homicide detective, he attracts Ik-ho's attention and joins Ik-ho's crime empire to control much of the world from within.
