Haruneko plot
The scene is a cafe run by The Manager, helped by an old woman and a kid named Haru. The cafe is a haven for all who want to die, young and old, good and bad. Visitors get to see brief flashes of their past in a strange magic lantern show, which invariably ends with a musical performance. The Manager then drives his guests to a misty spot deep in the forest.
