Vrienten, Kooymans en de Groot plot

Film report of a special musical collaboration between three greats: Boudewijn de Groot, George Kooymans and Henny Vrienten. They share half a century of Dutch music history. We see how these men are working on new songs together in a country house in Twente. Working late into the night, the memories they share, mutual appreciation and mild ridicule, but above all the fun of making. Slowly the songs take shape and the performance gets closer and closer: will this mix appeal to their audience?
