Maudite Soit la Guerre plot

Adolf Hardeff, a German young man, comes to Belgium to attend the school for aviators. He stays with the Motsel family, whose son Ernst attends the same school. Adolf becomes very attached to the Motsel family and especially to the daughter. Then war breaks out and he goes back to Germany. Adolf and Ernst come face to face.
