Julie en Herman plot

Herman (Jack Wouterse) is a high school history teacher. He can't stand his fifteen-year-old student Julie, and he never misses an opportunity to let her know. Julie becomes intrigued by Herman and decides to spy on him. A bizarre discovery drastically changes her opinion of her teacher, and an erotic tension develops between the two that seems to have dramatic consequences.
