Ohne Dich plot

When the terminally ill midwife Rosa reveals to her great love Marcel that she wants to die and is dependent on his help, the conscientious psychotherapist is deeply shocked. But Rosa, due to the distress of the waiter Motte, who is expecting a child from her friend Neo, regains meaning in life. However, Neo is not in his head either with his sexual orientation, nor with his relationship with Motte and his unborn child. Meanwhile, Marcel loses himself in the neurotic obsession of his cleaning lady Layla, who is obsessed with the volatile affair with her former employer Navid and will do anything to meet him again.
