Tru Love plot

"When love finds you, rules and roles don't apply"

Tru is a 37-year-old lesbian who struggles with long-term relationships. She hops from one bed to another. Until she meets 60-year-old Alice, a beautiful widow and mother of a friend of Tru's. The friend, Suzanne, doesn't really appreciate the friendship between Tru and her mother.
