In this documentary series, Hans Faber investigates exactly how things go in TBS clinics. His niece Anne Faber was killed in 2017 by Michael P., who was not sentenced to TBS in a previous conviction, but should have been. Her uncle is now investigating what has changed since then. As an outsider and bereaved, Hans follows patients, counselors and practitioners in the Van der Hoeven Clinic in Utrecht for a year and in this way wants to paint an honest picture of a complicated system.
