The Prometheus Project plot

"The end justifies the means."

A group of researchers conducting underground stem cell experiments discover a cell abnormality capable of regenerating dead tissue. They think they have discovered a universal healing serum (Prometheus). But when the researchers apply the serum to corpses, there are adverse results.
