Rugal plot

Kang Ki-Beom is an elite detective. He is currently investigating the criminal organization Argos, but, when he returns home, he finds several masked men. His wife and child are murdered by the masked men of Argos. They knock Kang Ki-Beom unconscious and cut out his eyes. When Kang Ki-Beom regains consciousness, he finds himself in the hospital and is charged with murder. The NIS approaches Kang Ki-Beom afterwards. He has been selected to join Rugal, a special team that is part of the NIS.
