Fighting Shadows plot

"Haunted by SHADOWS! Hunted by a KILLER!"

Tim O'Hara of the Mounties is sent to the Indian River to investigate a fur trade case. The traders give their pelts away to the Hudson Bay Company for practically nothing because they are under pressure. Before joining the Mounties, Tim was a native of the Indian River and decided to leave it due to an argument with Brad Harrison, the brother of Tim's fiancée. On his return, Tim is openly challenged by Brad. Tim's investigation mistakenly leads him to Brad as an accomplice of the fur-stealing gang. When an inmate is shot while Tim is in overall charge, he is held responsible for the inmate's death and Tim is imprisoned by his friend at the Mounties, Bob Rutledge.
