Odjazd plot

A German widow lives with her unmarried daughter in a Polish retirement home. Their fellow residents are jealous, because she occasionally receives German money and thus buys favors from the staff. When she leaves the shelter because she has a whim of wanting to die in her original home, the residents block the entrance if she later changes her mind and wants to return.
