Buki Naki Tatakai plot

Japan 1925, the government enacts "law on public order" chian iji-h? from. This law was enacted to counter the social and political emancipation of the working class and to prevent the spread of communism. Biology professor at Doshisha University Senji Yamamoto believes that a lot of suffering in rural areas can be prevented through sex education and birth control. This position brings him into conflict with the university and joins the workers' party. Despite opposition and terror, he made it to parliament with his progressive ideas.
