Lucio plot
Anarchists have come in all shapes and sizes throughout history, but none have been quite like Lucio Urtubia from Navarre in northern Spain. Lucio, 75 and now living in Paris, is still an anarchist at heart. His family was persecuted by Franco's regime, he was on the streets of Paris in the infamous May Days of '68, he actively supported Castro's revolution and helped thousands of refugees to obtain false papers. His most notable history, however, was defrauding the First National Bank of $25 million to spend on ideological issues, earning him the nickname "Basque Zorro" from the press.
