Strait Jacket plot

In an alternate world in 1899, magic and technology coexist. The use of magic has greatly influenced social and technological developments. Excessive use of magic is prohibited as it can lead to mutations, turning people into violent, uncontrollable and unstoppable monsters. A special division has been created for this purpose, the so-called 'tactical sorcerers', which are deployed by the government to keep these monsters in check.
