Shpion plot

Moscow, 1941: The Germans allow a spy codenamed "Wasser" to infiltrate the Russian People's Commission for Internal Affairs. The intent is to mislead Stalin with misinformation about a planned attack on Russia. The Russians discover the case and send a top agent themselves to confuse the Germans. A bitter battle ensues in Moscow between the Russian and German secret services.
