"It takes a skater to catch another skater."
A mysterious serial killer attacks roller skaters in London. The police can't catch him because the killer himself is a very skilled and fast skater. A group of friends decide to take matters into their own hands and stage a manhunt through the streets of London. Only with one skater can they catch another.
