"Late Blossom" follows the lives of two elderly couples who live in the same neighborhood. Kim Man-Suk delivers milk on his moped before dawn. One day, on a hill, he meets Mrs. Song, a lonely woman who provides for her life by collecting and selling old paper. Man-suk immediately feels something special for Ms. Song. Jang Kun-Bong works in a parking garage. His wife has Alzheimer's and despite the fact that Kun-Bong works long hours, he still tries to take care of his wife as best he can.
